However: 1) they were still married in the 1910 census and 2) there is a 1920 note in an Ord, NE newspaper saying "Little Madeline Mehuron" visited "her mother May Patchen who is very ill: in 1920.

[2173] Albertina Luebbe said they divorced when George was 23 (about 1910) but they are still married in the 1910 census. Albertina Luebbe said the wifr died a year later of cncer but a 1920 news clipping refwrs to Madeline visiting her mother,
